We offer professional mediation services to help parties resolve employment disputes outside of the courtroom. WHO WE ARE
Martin Sullivan is an experienced mediator and litigator. While working with an international law firm, he represented companies and executives, providing employment law advice and litigation defense. He started his own firm representing employees in individual and class action cases.

Mr. Sullivan is a mediator with significant experience and a balanced approach. He has mediated scores of employment cases, and serves as a panel mediator for the California Court of Appeal, Second District, as well as Los Angeles County Superior Court's Resolve Law LA Program. Since 2017, he has co-led the Employment Mediation Clinic at USC Gould School of Law, teaching best practices for mediating employment disputes.
